Jair Jurrjens checks in at sixth on Baseball America’s list of top 20 Eastern League prospects.

The scouting report, which is for premium subscribers, is positive about his arsenal and indicates that his slider is now better than his change up. Based on the couple of starts I broke down it appears that the scout’s assessment was reflected in the results as well.
