ChopNation takes a look at what the Braves can expect from Jair Jurrjens in 2008. The author tabs him with a 10-9 record and a 4.55 ERA which is certainly nice production from the back of the rotation. I’m curious as to what ZiPS and PECOTA will have for Jurrjens for the coming season. The already released projections: Marcel, Chone, and Bill James, are limited because of Jurrjens limited playing time in 2007. Marcel does have hit at a 4.20 ERA but in only 75 innings which is indicative of his late call up last year.
